Mindfulness Yoga The practice of awareness. The integration of yoga & meditation. Two disiplines as a single practice to strengthen the body, observe the mind, awakening compassion, equanimity & joy. Not suitable for beginners.
All Levels 1 This is a hatha class for the beginner to the mixed levels student. Emphasis is on breath, alignment and flexibility. Along with a focus on building strength and understanding of the fundamentals.
All levels II Open to all levels, just work at your own pace. Modifications will be given to allow each student to gain the benefits of each posture.
Core Fusion Flow A flow yoga class with emphasis on stabalizing and strengthening the core. Pilates movements are intergrated into the Asana flow with a few challenging postures mixed in. No previous Pilates experience required.
Restorative Yoga Variations of postures using supports to hold the body in position. Folded blankets, bolsters, straps are a few of the props used to support the body in asana that create profound relaxation and restoration.
Pilates Pilates mat classes focus on developing a mind body connection increasing ones awareness and ability to engage the core abdominals and other essential stabilizing muscles in the body for optimal results and performance in all physical activities.

"Date Night" Couple Yoga Series

6 weeks - $225 (per couple) + gst

Pregnancy
With Janet Wallden
(pre-registered only, latecomers welcome)
Begins Saturday, April 05, 12:30pm to 2pm
8 weeks - $130 + gst

This specialized practice provides an opportunity for women to deepen their understanding, experience and enjoyment of pregnancy through Yoga. Designed to ease common discomforts often associated with pregnancy, this program works to develop deep relaxation, focus and concentration, while practicing Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body. A safe and tranquil environment, Pregnancy Yoga can be an awakening.

Intermediate Yoga Study Program

This intensive and specialized class environment is for students who have been practicing yoga for at least two years. Areas of development include mindfulness meditation, lifestyle practices, the study of yamas and niyamas, tensegrity and asana, inverted practices as well as the application of the anatomy trains.
